I cannot recommend ECAS enough, from the quote through to the finished job it was a pleasure dealing with the company. They where punctual tidy and the standard of workmanship was first class. The job involved several trades and each was carried out by the correct skilled person, not an electrician trying to be a carpenter or plasterer trying to be a builder. They will certainly be doing more work for me in the new year. First class job.

We hired Ecas Property Services to complete a full bathroom renovation. We were very pleased with the job Shaun and his team have done for us recently - raising our ceiling, installing windows, insulating and plastering. Every person we met has been very friendly and polite and worked efficiently to an excellent standard. The entire team at ECAS did a fantastic job with my kitchen. The work was done to a very high standard, right down to the finishing touches. I was particularly impressed by the skill and craftsmanship of the carpenter, Mark, who did the bulk of the heavy work. As with any large project there were some surprises, such as some of the cabinets I had ordered being not of the correct size. But whatever surprises came up, Mark was able to fix things up and work around them so all the problems went away. And always with a smile on his face.
The ECAS team were friendly, professional, trustworthy and a pleasure to have working in my house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

The electritions turned up early and were friendly after a short conversation the guys got on with the job in hand and removed my old extractor unit and fitted my new one, really happy with the work that was carried out.
They explained what they were doing and even cleaned up after themselves.

Remove load bearing wall, refurbish and install kitchen Conversions - General
I decided to appoint ECAS to refurbish my kitchen/diner as they were very competitive (although not the cheapest) and they had all of the different specialist tradesmen within their own team, providing me with a one stop shop. It turned out to be the right decision and I am very happy with the results.
The work was completed to a very high standard by ECAS. Shaun managed the project well and the project was completed within a reasonable timescale. Shaun should be proud of his team, they represent the company well with the quality of their work, their customer service and the respect they showed for our home.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Kitchen fitting required in Cowbridge Kitchen Fitting
ECAS were contracted for refurbishment works to our 3 bedroom house in Cowbridge. Work involved;
- new kitchen
- new bathroom
- new floors throughout ground floor
- creation of open plan living space (knocked through walls and installed steel beams)
- New stair rails
- Plastering
- Tiling
- New radiators
Overall, we were extremely pleased with the results. Sean was an excellent project manager, always available to help and did a great job coordinating. The carpentry undertaken by Mark and Lewis was of outstanding quality. Greg’s attention to detail with tiling was exemplary. Plasterwork was great. The team arrived on time and stayed all day, were all very polite and cleaned their workspace every day before leaving.
Work was completed in a short space of time compared to what family and friends have experienced on similar jobs. The only let down was on plumbing where we experienced some small problems with radiators and delays waiting for someone to attend. We plan to use them again, costs allowing, for the refurbishment of the upstairs next month, so will review again then. We wouldn't have any reservations in recommending them.

Complete house renovation Restoration & Refurbishment
ECAS successfully completed a full house renovation for us in May-September 2016. The renovation included a full rewire, knocking down two internal walls, knocking through external walls for two sets of french doors, building a utility room, fitting new kitchen and bathroom and re-plastering walls throughout the house.
The work has been completed to a high standard and we are very happy with the final result. Shaun managed the different trades coming into the house so we didn't have to project manage. The ECAS tradesmen were all hard working and well-mannered. They turned up on time and did full days work. Shaun communicated well and when there were some problems with contracted workers we were able to manage this together.
The work was completed on budget, there were no nasty surprises and it was easy to negotiate costs for any extras we wanted. The project ran over by a few weeks but this in inevitable with a whole house refurbishment, and often because we asked for extras.
We would definitely use ECAS again, and would recommend the company to friends.

Shaun and the boys have been brilliant in the work I wanted on my house, that even includes when I changed a few of the agreed plans the day before. They were polite, punctual & always cleaned up after themselves. I can't fault anything that has been done, and even did some extra bits and pieces when I asked. All of that with a really good price for the work makes using ECAS as a no brainer.

He looked at the job and then went away to calculate the price. We agreed on the quote and hired the team and they agreed to come four days later. I was pleased that we didnt have to wait a week or two for the job to be done. Shaun and his team arrived on time and got on with the job. I think this was the extent of the work but it bore no resemblance to what we originally asked for but the changes were carried out without a grumble. The standard of the work is superb the lads worked around other trades with no issues and always left the house in a tidy state and ensured it was always liveable. In fact we only had two takeaways in the whole time they were in the house because we always had a sink and a cooker and even a dishwasher! Shaun and his lads are polite and respectful, we had no qualms leaving them a key and the dog loved them. The standard of their work is fantastic and the end result is better than we imagined. The care they took with what for us was a seriously major investment was brilliant. Would I use them again? Absolutely and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. Thanks to Shaun and his whole team.

Ecas group has done a very commendable job at our property. Initially we were thinking of doing only the essential jobs as refurbishment. But winning our trust as the customer was a crucial thing in our relationship. We ended up doing up the whole house. Convertion of our lounge and dining room to a large entertaining area, Done a wet room downstairs,ceiling in all the rooms,new flooring,painting, new boiler and plumbing were the job undertaken and carried out efficiently by ecas team.One thing we liked most about Mr. Shaun and his team is that,they were approachable and pleasant to deal with.Would take in any sort of suggestions and corrections from us. These days we find it difficult to get builders of these qualities. Structural jobs were done pretty quick.Decoration part took bit more than expected.kitchen work,tiling plumbing,electrifications were done really well.kudos to each and everyone. I would definitely recommend Shaun's team to anyone who is looking for a major sort of work to be carried out at their dear home. We can trust and entrust them with the job.

Fit 40 meters of 10" Taurus skirting Carpentry
First off only hired to fit new skirting but ended up having ecas to renovate most of the house.new kitchen,plastered walls,tiling,knocking internal wall down and installing glass oak French doors, coving, decking etc.
All jobs were monitored by Shaun constantly awesome job on everything can't fault you. will be using again definitely as Shaun will tell, as everytime I seen him I had another job for his team to carry out. Cheers boys!!

Chimney opened up - for stove Fireplaces & Flues
ECAS undertook the building work to our fireplace before the installation of a woodburner by a registered company. They were given 1 weeks notice and were able to deliver within that timescale which was great, they were flexible and able to accommodate our specific requirements and get the work done without us being around. The only issue we had was when fitting the hearth; they were fitting an existing hearth and had to find a back piece to match but when installed it was a different colour and wasn't level to the front section which would have meant that the stove installation would not have been able to occur the next day and would have cost us money as it was too late to cancel the installation. This was quickly rectified however and Shaun was in contact straight away and outside of working hours even to discuss. He had his team back early the next morning to fix before the stove company arrived. Excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction. There was an issue with the type of fireboard used to line the edge of the chimney opening but ECAS were upfront about the materials they were using and was just a lesson learned to us both that it wouldn't receive approval from the stove company who was authorising the installation. Shaun was willing to correct this with no hesitation but the stove company ended up doing this at the time of installation. An issue occurred but I was impressed with how they handled it and would use ECAS again in the future.

Shaun impressed me on his first visit with his professionalism and the speed of which he provided a decent quote. We were very specific about what work we wanted doing and he was happy to accommodate all that we needed. The team were friendly and ensured the house was clean before leaving daily. There were some problems with supplying of fixtures and fittings during the refurb but Shaun kept us informed at every point and went above and beyond to ensure the finished bathroom was exactly as we had hoped. Our new bathroom with skylight is beautiful and feels twice the size that it did initially. I would recommend Shaun and his team to people wanting a reliable and professional service. We would certainly use them again.

Prepare kitchen for new units Plastering
Thanks’ to Shaun and his ECAS team for an outstanding contribution to my families new kitchen. ECAS arrived on time to survey the project.
Following an exchange of email (which in itself was a relief as not all contractors are “Email Savvy”) Shaun confirmed a scope of works and a start date. As promised, the ECAS electrician, kitchen fitters and plumbers arrived nice an early to remove the old kitchen, electrics and remove the kitchen ceiling in reediness for a new LED lighting system.
First impressions were very encouraging; ECAS were all dressed with H&S in mind, with all appropriate clothing and ran through a risk assessment.
Progressively ECAS transformed the kitchen by installing new electrical sockets, motion detection LED coloured lighting, Re plastered all walls and installed new water and gas supplies ready for the Betta Living kitchen to arrive. The standard of workmanship across all trades is extremely high, Speedy and clean. Communication was good throughout. Prices are competitive and Shaun and team are flexible too change mid way through a project and willing to advise if they have an alternative point of view.
If I had one regret it was to have aloud betta living to supply kitchen fitters. if I could alter the past I would have contracted ECAS to fit the new kitchen.
I have already asked Shaun to take on other projects, and in time a major project to open up the rear of the house to sliding doors is in plan.
Highly recommended.

Shaun and his team did an excellent job on our kitchen re-fit. The job included removing a supporting wall (and fitting the required girder), re-plastering walls and ceilings, fitting the kitchen (15 units), painting, flooring, tiling and skirting. The job had to be completed in a very tight time period, and for the most-part was completed as requested and at a very reasonable price. Shaun was very friendly and professional and all of the workers were similarly friendly, hard-working and kept the mess to a minimum. Overall we were very happy with the quality of the work, and where a couple of things needed attention, these were sorted immediately. The team were happy to complete some other odd jobs around the house at the same time. Having had poor experiences with builders in the past, we were keen to make the right choice this time and I'm glad to say that we did. We would (and already have) recommend ECAS Systems for any job - big or small.

I contracted with Ecas Systems in October 2013 to complete a full house refurbishment. From the outset Shaun was very professional and helpful with setting out what was required and the timescales. I have undertaken similar projects on a number of occasions and can honestly say this was by far the most pleasurable. Shaun was professional to deal with and was very prompt in answering calls and E mails. As with any big job things occasionally do not go according to plan, e.g. delayed deliveries from suppliers etc. however Ecas was extremely flexible and helpful on these occasions and practical solutions were always found. All employees of Ecas were polite, helpful and hardworking on a number of occasions they went beyond what could be reasonably expected. I am delighted with the end result which is of a very high standard achieved within a reasonable time frame. I would not hesitate to use Ecas Systems again.
